Delivery Information
Sillage Luxury Scents ships orders to any address within South Africa. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our JHB Office.
Processing Time
Our processing time is usually between 24 – 48 hours once payment has cleared.
Delivery Time
While we strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, please take the following into account:
Delivery time for major city areas: 1 to 5 working days
Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 14 working days
*Custom orders may take longer
Shipping fees
We charge a flat rate of R99 for shipping to anywhere in South Africa.
Free delivery is eligible on orders over R1 500.00
Orders

Orders consisting of more than 10 products may incur an additional cost for shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
COLLECTION INFORMATION
Please note that not all stock is kept at our offices and may need to come from our warehouse. With this in mind, a 24 – 48 hour lead time is usually normal. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email / WhatsApp from us.
Please note that Sillage Luxury Scents is an online store and does not have a walk-in showroom. All collections are by appointment only. Contact orders@sillage.co.za or +27 61 995 1212 to arrange a collection date and time.

Monday – Friday: 10 am – 3 pm
(Friday closed between 12 pm-2 pm)
Saturdays: 10 am – 1 pm
Sundays & Public Holidays – CLOSED
*Arrangements can be made for after-hour collections on request.
We will not be held liable for any time delays or additional charges.

Returns Policy
We have an unlimited return time on all products except gifting, custom & personalized orders.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. Purchases made from third party stockist or resellers will be evaluated on an individual basis.
If you purchase a perfume where a test sample is provided, please test out the fragrance first. Once the packaging is removed, the perfume may not be returned.
Products from custom gifting or made-to-order are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email / whatsapp to notify you that we have inspected your returned
item. If you are approved for a refund, your payment will be processed within 7 working days.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)
We will replace any item if it is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please notify us as soon as possible on a defective or damaged delivery & we will make the necessary arrangements to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

You will be required to submit an image & description of the damaged product, packaging & shipping box in order for customer care to attend to the replacement or refund.
*Please note that we are unable to effect a replacement or refund if a product has been transported to a destination outside of the original shipping address.
If applicable, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Once an order is confirmed online, it is immediately processed by our team. However if you update us as soon as possible we may be able to halt the order in time for a cancellation or exchange.
STORAGE & USAGE
Fragranced product needs to be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct UV light to maintain quality
